If the product you received is damaged, incomplete, different from what was ordered, or did not arrive at all, we will either resend it to you or refund your payment at no additional cost. To qualify, you must contact us within a maximum of seven business days from the date of receiving the order
Due to the nature of our products, which are intended for personal use, and to protect your safety and the safety of our valued customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that arrive in good condition and free from defects
Return and Exchange Conditions
Customers may request a return or exchange in the following cases

Requests for return or compensation will not be accepted after 24 hours from delivery
Customers are advised to inspect their products immediately upon receipt to ensure prompt resolution

If the customer chooses to return a product in its original condition (unopened and unused), the return will be accepted, but the customer must cover the shipping and return cost, which is set at 50 SAR and payable to the shipping company
